Paint the Town Color Challenge with Market Street

It's time for the September Paint the Town Color Challenge over at Market Street Stamps!  This is my first color challenge as a Design Team member and it was so fun.  The colors are amazing for any fall card and look so rich all together.

I used the Market Street Set Homegrown. I also used all Papertrey Ink cardstock.  Here is how I interpreted the colors if you happen to use the same cardstock: Truffle = Dark Chocolate, Marigold = Harvest Gold, Terra Cotta = Terracotta Tile, and Meringue = Fine Linen.  Of course you can choose to interpret the colors however you see fit.  That's half the fun!

I also wanted to give you a little closeup of the paper pieced flower. I layered all of the cardstock together and cut around the lines so I could bend up the petals and add of bit of life.  They turned out super cute.

Head on over to the Market Street blog to see everyone's take on this month's Paint the Town Color Challenge!
