Hero Arts + Basic Grey = Love.

I think I have caught blogging fever or something, because I am out of control with all of this posting!  I just keep finding things to post about! :-)

I saw last night, as I was about to go to sleep, that Latrice was hosting a fun, very open ended challenge — my favorite. All you had to do was use some Hero Arts stamps and any of the techniques she had covered throughout the week.  So, instead of sleeping last night, I stayed awake thinking about what I would make.  Do you ever do that?!

Then I got up this morning, and got right to work.  I decided to do some paper piecing.  Always easy, always fun, paper piecing is definitely one of my all time favorite card making techniques.  

I also was able to ink up some new stamps!  That flower is from the Basic Grey + Hero Arts Sweet Threads set and I am in love.  It really lends itself to a ton of different styles depending on how it is colored or used.  Versatility in a stamp is key and this set definitely has it. Plus it's only twelve dollars for four large stamps!
